Got tiny glass bowl. Put a fat spoon of almond butter in it. Put three quarters spoon of brown sugar. Put like half a handful of whole wheat flour and a pinch of baking powder. Mixed it real good. Flattened it in the bowl. Baked at 350 for about 9 minutes and left it with the oven turned off for about 3 minutes. Took it out and let it cool for a bit.
Notes: The sweetness was on the low side. It tasted kind of like baked almond butter (which is great of course). Next time I would add more flour and baking powder maybe to make it more doughy. And more sugar to make it sweet like a cookie.
