Egg Fried (Brown) Rice

I really wanted to make/eat fried rice for a few days, and today I finally did. I had read that the oil had to be really hot so that’s what I did. Then when I put the garlic, ginger, and chili in, they burnt! So I started over and lowered the heat a little before adding the garlic. Then I added frozen veggies. Then a whisked egg. Then rice. Then soyaki. Then a wee bit of pepper. It was really good. 10/10 would make again.

Notes: I cooked the rice in the morning and spread it out on a plate to cool for a while.
