I made this granola. It’s supposed to be like Indian ‘mixture’. Here’s what I did.
1. Toast the oats for a while.
2. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
3. Add some besan paste mixture.
4. Keep frying.
5. Stop frying.
It tasted pretty good. It’s not as oily or crunchy as actual mixture, but it’s a good alternate I think.
