Pour a wee bit of oil in a non-stick pan. Add jeera, mustard seeds. Add cut broccoli. Cook with the lid on, stirring once in a while. Make sure it doesn’t burn too much. Don’t add water. While it’s cooking, mix 2 eggs, some curry powder, red chili powder, salt. After the broccoli is mostly done, push it to the edges and pour the egg mixture. Scramble/cook it until it’s done.
And fast. It takes like 15 min to make.
