Put ghee, cumin, cashews. Fry. Add a pinch of garam masala, lots of dhanya powder, some cumin powder, salt, and some red chili powder. Fry a bit. Add the peas and break them up. Add the rice. Mix it good. Pressure cook it. With about 3/4 cup rice to 1 and 1/3 cup water for 20 min. I used long grain brown rice. Wait for first whistle then put it on low. It was so good.

Note: Actually I accidentally put lots of dhanya powder but that’s good cuz more masala equals more better.
