pressure cook black eyed peas (I think I did 4 or 5 whistles and it was really soft, but it still tastes fine and texture was fine in the kura).
coconut oil, 1 garlic clove, cumin – fry it
add 2 tomatoes pureed. cook it for a while. add salt. add chopped carrots. cook it a little. add puree of about 8 cashews and some dry coconut. cook a while. add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder. add the beans. turn it off.
10/10 it was really good.
